Order Confirmation:
All orders must be confirmed in writing (Purchase Order/Proforma Invoice).
Pricing:
Prices are quoted based on Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) and may vary depending on market fluctuations, shipping costs, and currency exchange.
Payment Terms:
Accepted modes: Advance Payment (TT/Wire Transfer), Letter of Credit (L/C), SWIFT Transfer, and other mutually agreed methods.
Delivery Timelines:
Sea Freight: 20–45 days
Air Freight: 5–10 days
Processing Time: 5–7 business days post order confirmation
(Delays due to customs, natural causes, or third-party logistics are beyond company control.)
Quality Assurance:
Products are inspected before dispatch. Any claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence.
Returns & Refunds:
Accepted only for defective/damaged goods and subject to insurance claim review. No refund will be processed after delivery.
Jurisdiction:
All disputes will be governed by the laws of India, with legal proceedings under [Kalaburagi, Karnataka] jurisdiction.
